Each poster display board is mounted horizontally, and has a 8’ wide x 4’ tall display surface to be shared by two posters on each side. One Odd number poster and one Even number poster will be on each side so that they are not both presented at the same poster session . Push pins will be provided on-site.

  • Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract
  • The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
  • Please refer to the Poster Presentation Number you should have receivd by email on May 12, 2025, which will also be listed in the Final Program books and online program, for the poster board number assigned to you. This will replace your original Abstract Submission Number.
  • Please use the board with the same number. Each poster board side will include an odd and even number for that session’s posters. All EVEN number posters will be presented on Monday and ODD number posters on Tuesday.
