Registration Deadlines & Costs:
The conference opens at 4:00PM on June 19th and concludes with lunch on June 23rd after the networking workshop.
Registration includes all dinner activities beginning June 19th through June 22nd, and lunch from June 20th through June 23rd, as well as transportation between the Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR) in Dar es Salaam and the conference venue.
Breakfast is included in room reservations with White Sands.
All fees are in USD and can be paid for by credit card.

Investigator Registration:
- $650 through April 24, 2023
- $750 beginning April 25, 2023
Trainee Registration:
- $500 through April 24, 2023
- $600 beginning April 25, 2023
Accompanying Guest registration:
$200 includes airport transportation and all dinner events during the conference

Registration Cancellation refund policy:
April 30th, 2023: deadline for cancellation without penalty.
May 1 – May 31, 2023: 50% of registration fee will be refunded.
Beginning June 1, 2023: no refund of registration.
