GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS (Credit card)
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods. No Show reservations (those not cancelled prior to 72 hours before arrival) will be charged to the individual’s credit card for the first night of the reservation, and the reservation will be dropped. If participants experience unexpected circumstances (flight arrangements/family emergencies, etc.) within 72 hours, please contact Joan Oefner to arrange a waiver of cancellation fees with the hotel. It is important to take care of this in advance, so the hotel does not hold the room empty and has an opportunity to resell the room.
CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATIONS
You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 3 days (72 hours) or more before arrival. Please note that the hotel will assess a fee of one night hotel plus city and local taxes if you must cancel after this deadline.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
The Hotel may charge attendees a one-night room and tax fee as compensation for an Early Departure if an attendee checks out of the Hotel before the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without having notified the Hotel by 12:00 midnight the day of check-in of the change in scheduled departure.

The Sheraton Grand Nashville is adjacent to a city-owned 500-space parking garage managed by PMC Parking which serves the convention center and hotel guests alike. Listed below is current pricing for parking. Pricing is subject to change.

Oversize vehicles will be charged an additional $17 per night in addition to the standard valet rate.

- Exact Cash: You can pay with cash on board, but it must be exact change. Drivers cannot provide change.
- Route: Take Route 18 (Airport).
- Location: Catch the bus at the Ground Transportation Center, located on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.
- Time: Express trips take about 20 minutes, while local routes take 35 to 45 minutes depending on city traffic.
- Drop-off: The bus brings you directly to the Elizabeth Duff Transit Center at WeGo Central in downtown Nashville, which is a 6-minute walk to the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown.
RIDE-SHARE SERVICES
Ride-share services, including Uber and Lyft operate from the Ground Transportation Center, located on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.
Most passengers can reach the Grand Lobby from the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) in approximately 5 minutes. However, we recognize that every travel experience is unique. The pathway from the GTC to the Grand Lobby is ADA-compliant and designed to accommodate passengers with mobility needs.
Taxi Pick-Up & Drop-Off Information
Taxis drop off curbside at Departures and pick up in the South Wing Pick-Up Area of the Ground Transportation Center (GTC).
Directions to the Ground Transportation Center from the Terminal:
- Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.
- Follow the sidewalk under pedestrian canopy toward Terminal Garage 2, guided by overhead signage marked LIMO – TAXI.
Taxicab Fares:
- Base fare: $9, with a rate of $2.50 per mile.
- Flat rate: $30 for trips to downtown Nashville and Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
- Additional passenger fee: $2 when accompanying the original passenger to the same destination.
