Considering recent uncertainties in travel and critical professional activities, KSHV 2025 is extending the abstract submission deadline for the 27th International Workshop to Tuesday, March 18th at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. We also include the following changes to support travel and accommodate abstracts that are submitted after the due date:
We will have a late deadline to accept abstracts that are submitted after the due date with scientific reasons or administrative uncertainties. These abstracts will be considered for posters or oral presentations at a late-breaker session. The deadline of the late breaking session is May 6th.
For those requiring a VISA to enter the USA, expedited, early decision submissions can be requested immediately after submitting the abstract. Please email your requests to Joan Oefner.
We encourage submissions from all in our community, including those facing travel uncertainties. To support attendees, we will waive the registration cancellation fee for anyone impacted by these challenges.
