Registration suspended for postponement
Regular Registration has been suspended for postponement of the conference.
We will contact all current registrants to arrange refund of their registration fees.
We look forward to seeing you in Dar Es Salaam for this exciting meeting, and will announce the re-opening of registration for June of 2021. We regret the need to postpone the conference, but feel it is the best course for rescheduling in light of the health concerns related to COVID-19 and the uncertainty around international travel.
Registration Deadlines & Costs:
The conference opens at 4:00PM on June 21st and concludes with lunch on June 25th after the networking workshop.
Registration includes dinner June 21st through June 24th, and lunch from June 21st through June 25th, as well as transportation between the Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR) in Dar es Salaam and the conference venue at the White Sands Hotel. Breakfast is included in room reservations.
All fees are in USD and can be paid for by credit card. If you need to make payment by wire transfer please see instructions below.

Accompanying guest fee:
- $200 includes airport transportation and all dinner events during the conference
Wire Transfer instructions:
For payments by wire transfer you will need to send your registration fee to our account at the Ocean Road Cancer Institute before you can complete the registration. Cancellation refund policy:
April 30th, 2021: deadline for cancellation without penalty. May 1 – May 31, 2021: 50% of registration fee will be refunded. Beginning June 1, 2021: no refund of registration.
